Terms of Service

By accessing and using Genwave's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Genwave provides AI-powered content creation services including:

• •Product description generation
• •Social media content creation
• •AI image generation
• •Content analysis and optimization
• •Text-to-speech conversion
• •Smart business automation tools

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• •Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• •All activities that occur under your account
• •Providing accurate and complete information
• •Notifying us of any unauthorized use

You agree not to use our services to:

• •Create content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• •Infringe on intellectual property rights
• •Distribute malware or engage in malicious activities
• •Attempt to breach our security measures
• •Use automated systems to access our services

You retain ownership of content you create using our services. However, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide our services.

When using Genwave Agent to manage your WordPress site, you agree to the following:

• •Agent actions modify your WordPress site in real-time
• •You are responsible for reviewing and confirming Agent actions
• •Snapshots for reversing content edits are kept for 30 days
• •Agent commands are logged for security and support purposes
• •Rate limits apply to requests and actions; unusually heavy use may be slowed temporarily

The paid plans are Pro (USD 39 per month, 1 site) and Business (USD 99 per month, up to 5 sites). The Free plan has no charge. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis, and a subscription renews automatically each month until it is cancelled. An upgrade takes effect immediately; a downgrade takes effect at the next renewal. Payments are processed via credit card (Tranzila) or PayPal. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize automatic recurring monthly charges to your payment method. Your card details are stored securely as an encrypted token. We never store your full card number. Prices are in USD. Israeli customers are charged 17% VAT in accordance with local tax law. A tax invoice (or tax invoice + receipt) is automatically generated and emailed after each payment.

Use of the service under each plan works as follows:

• •Paid plans (Pro and Business) have no credits for you to count or buy. Normal use of the service on your site is included in the plan price
• •Fair use: each paid plan includes a monthly usage allowance, set by Genwave to cover normal use several times over
• •If a month's use goes far beyond that allowance, the service keeps working but may run on lighter, faster AI models until your plan renews ("Light mode"). Genwave may contact you about unusual use
• •Genwave may adjust the allowance to keep normal use fully covered
• •Abuse, including automated or bulk use unrelated to operating your own site, reselling the service or circumventing limits, may lead to suspension under section 10
• •Free plan: about 30 AI actions a month, up to 50 store chatbot conversations a month, 1 site and one Genwave Studio demo (see section 21). The monthly usage amount resets each month and does not carry over. When it is used up, AI actions pause until the next month or until you upgrade
• •Credit packs are no longer sold. Credits bought before this change remain usable on your account under the terms they were bought with
• •Usage allowances are non-transferable between accounts

Our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

• •All paid plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment, no questions asked
• •You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page
• •Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period
• •After the 14-day guarantee period, no refunds are issued for partial billing periods
• •Plan downgrades take effect on the next billing cycle. You keep your current plan until then
• •Credits purchased before credit packs were retired remain non-refundable once credited to your account
• •A credit note (invoice cancellation) is issued for any approved refund
• •Refund requests can be submitted to [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates.

Genwave utilizes third-party AI providers to deliver our services. By using our services, you acknowledge that your content may be processed by these providers according to their respective terms and privacy policies.

• •OpenAI (GPT models for text generation)
• •Anthropic (Claude for content creation)
• •Google (Gemini for AI processing)
• •Mistral AI (language models)
• •Perplexity (AI search and generation)
• •XAI (Grok models)
• •Replicate (FLUX and other image generation models)

We do not control how these providers use data for model training. Please review each provider's terms before using our services.

When using our WordPress plugin, the following terms apply:

• •Plugin requires an active Genwave license to function
• •Each license is valid for a limited number of WordPress installations (based on your plan)
• •Your domain must have a valid SSL certificate for security
• •We may disable plugin access if you violate these Terms
• •Plugin updates are delivered automatically unless disabled

API access is subject to the following conditions:

• •API access is subject to rate limits which vary by plan
• •Automated and bulk requests must respect rate limits
• •We may throttle or suspend accounts that exceed limits
• •API keys are confidential and non-transferable
• •Sharing API keys may result in account termination

Important information about AI-generated content:

• •AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
• •You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before use
• •We do not guarantee factual accuracy or suitability for any purpose
• •Generated content may inadvertently resemble existing copyrighted works
• •You assume full responsibility for any content you publish

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genwave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page. Upon cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. Automatic renewal will stop and no further charges will be made. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms, with or without notice.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. By using Genwave, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

Genwave Studio rebuilds your site's front end and serves it from our infrastructure. When you use it, the following terms apply in addition to the Genwave Agent terms:

• •Hosting: your converted front end is served from Genwave's infrastructure on Cloudflare's edge network, separately from your WordPress hosting. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the front end.
• •WordPress remains the source of your content: posts, pages, products and media continue to live in WordPress and are read from it. Page-builder layouts (for example Elementor) no longer affect what visitors see once a page is converted; design changes are made through Genwave.
• •Before a conversion you are shown which pages will be converted and what we know about your active plugins. The plugin report is informational: plugins that render their own front-end features may not work on the converted site, and you are responsible for checking the result before publishing.
• •Nothing is published to your visitors until you confirm. A conversion produces a preview; a re-conversion of a site you have edited is kept as a draft and replaces the published design only when you publish it.
• •Custom domains: connecting your own domain requires a DNS record you add at your registrar. We issue and renew the certificate for that domain on our network. Removing the DNS record when you stop using Studio is your responsibility; we remove the domain from our network.
• •Generated design and code: the design compositions, sections and any custom features Genwave generates for your site are produced by AI. They are checked before they are published, but you confirm them and remain responsible for what your site shows. You may use them for your own site for as long as your paid plan is active.
• •Studio may adjust settings on your WordPress site as part of a conversion (for example enabling the headless API, adding redirects for converted pages, or hardening anonymous REST access) and tells you when it does.
• •WooCommerce: the cart runs on the converted front end; checkout and payment are completed on your WordPress site through your own payment provider. Genwave does not process payments. We record the total and currency of orders placed through the front end (no personal or payment data) to show you Studio's sales.
• •Plans: Genwave Studio is included in the Pro plan (on its one site) and the Business plan (on up to 5 sites). Conversion of the site and ongoing updates are part of the plan, with no per-conversion fee. Pages that have not changed are reused on a re-conversion. The pixel-faithful 'Mirror' level is available on the paid plans.
• •Free plan: one Genwave Studio demo per account. The demo covers the homepage only and is a private preview visible only to the account owner. It is view-only: it cannot be edited, published or connected to a domain. Publishing on your own domain requires a paid plan.
• •Capacity: conversions run one at a time per site and are queued. Completion time is not guaranteed, and a conversion may be declined when the queue is full.
• •When your paid plan ends, your Studio front end is taken down and visitors are served by your WordPress site again. You can ask us to remove a front end, or to delete its design data, at any time.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
